Payments & Registration Updates

If you already registered and need to make a payment or want to update your session selections, click here to log into the registration site (REGISTRATION FOR NAPO2015 IS CLOSED)You will need your email address and registrant ID to log in. These can be found in your Registration Confirmation email. For instructions on making your payment, see the FAQ page. If you registered for the Fire Sale in June with a deposit or took advantage of the split payment option, your second payment is due in full on January 31, 2015. Please note that you will NOT be charged an additional fee when you pay the balance of your registration. The warning about a $55 charge applies to declined credit card transactions only.  

Cancellation Policy:

NAPO® will refund the registration fee, less a $75 administrative fee, for a written cancellation request received no later than March 4, 2015. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after March 4, 2015. All requests should be sent through the contact form. NAPO® reserves the right to substitute faculty or to cancel or reschedule sessions due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.
